Amazing location close to everything, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The breakfast spread was really impressive, especially the single-origin coffee. We got a nice room with a view too. The AC had a couple of hiccups, but they sorted it out quickly. Just a few homeless folks nearby, which felt a bit sketchy sometimes.

We loved the impressive breakfast buffet, including waffles on weekends, and the friendly and helpful staff. The gym was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's proximity to the train station, theatre district, and Times Square was perfect for us.
Felt very welcomed, no reason to complain.

staying at fairfield inn was a very pleasant experience. being my 5th trip to manhattan the hotel was one of the most affordable so far. the room was clean with comfortable beds. the breakfast was above expectation with generous opening hours and a wider selection than i have experinced before. we also appreciated the check-out at noon. the location on manhattan is great, close to penn station, times square and several subway lines. the staff were very helpful and polite across all areas of the hotel. it was clean, warm and felt safe. free drinks and snacks at 5pm were a nice touch.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near Times Square, where I wanted to visit. The complimentary newspapers in the lobby were a pleasant surprise, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious American cuisine at the onsite restaurant.
Limited housekeeping and breakfast options.
